Ingredients

1 cup self-raising flour
1 cup plain yoghurt
1 tsp sea salt

Directions

In a bowl add 1 cup of self raising flour

Add a teaspoon of salt

Add half a cup of the plain yoghurt into the flour. Stir with a wooden spoon till ingredients combine.

If the flour is still dry add in more yoghurt.

Once the mixture forms a dough, start kneading.

Preheat the oven to 230˚C. Lightly grease a baking tray. Press the dough flat on a baking tray and prick a few holes in it. Bake for about 15 minutes, until golden and slightly crisp. Set aside to cool slightly.
